CHORALP : Conditions of participation

Please note that, although the organizers will do their best to fulfil your choice of atelier in the indicated order, they may however not always be able to give you satisfaction.

In case of a cancellation by the participant, whatever the reason, after 30th April 2021, €100 per participant shall be kept by the organizers.

– Any application cancelled after 30th June 2021 shall entice a penalty of 75% of the total cost.

– Any application cancelled after 6th July 2021 shall entice a penalty of 100% of the total cost.

By signing your application, these conditions are considered to be accepted by you.

Participants may ask for a certificate of participation.

Participants have to ensure they have their own insurance and sanitary repatriation in place. They must inform the organizers of the policy number and the name of such insurance.

The children choirs have to respect the French law and regulations concerning the accompaniment of groups of children under age.

It is done in holiday resorts (residence flats) – consisting of flats of various sizes with rooms equipped with double, twin and/or bunk beds and with common bathroom(s) and toilet(s).
Accommodation in a hotel – in double or single bed rooms – is also available with an additional fee.

For the groups staying in residence, any request to occupy alone a bedroom as a single person may be granted depending on availability and will be subject to an additional fee (€110 per person for the week). For hotel accommodation requests, please see tariff on the registration sheet.

The apartments must be left in the same state of cleanliness as upon arrival: with empty dustbins, rooms, bathrooms, toilets and kitchen clean with kitchenware and cutlery stowed away in cupboards, etc.
Bed sheets collected upon arrival to be brought back down in the lobby.

A security deposit of €300 is required for the groups – deposit to be paid at the same time as the balance payment for the week. This deposit shall be refund within a month of day of departure, after the accommodation occupied by the group has been checked.

For those staying in holiday resorts please note that while bed linen are provided (1 set for the week) the bathroom towels and/or kitchen cloths are not but there is possibility to rent these at the residence desk. Likewise replacement bed linen can also be rented. Breakfast kits and food are provided, but preparation is the responsibility of the residents. Residents are not expected to be able to prepare meals (except breakfast).
Quantities delivered for breakfast are calculated for the whole week according to the number of occupants within a flat. It is up to them to plan their consumption so as to last for the week, particularly with the drinks (juices, etc.). There is a minimarket (Carrefour) in the vicinity – within 200m (N° 8 on the map)

Individual members of À Coeur Joie France, choirs that are members of À Coeur Joie France and/or À Coeur Joie International.

Non-members
Any other situation.
